Search criteria (goal, cities, property type, budget, financing, preferences, priorities, timing), first name, preferred contact method, phone and/or email, optional notes, consents and origin information (campaign source, landing page, referring site — never contact details in links).

Purposes

Handling your property search and contacting you the way you chose. Only with your separate consent: sending you marketing information.

Browser storage

During the journey, your search answers (excluding contact details) are kept in your browser session so you can resume. Your language choice is remembered. Your contact details are never stored in the browser.

Search assistant

If you use the conversation, your description and criteria are sent to Lovable’s AI service and its model provider, currently OpenAI (GPT-5 nano), to understand your request. Do not enter contact details or sensitive data in the conversation. Recognisable emails and phone numbers are masked before sending; this filtering cannot guarantee that all personal data is removed. The guided journey is available without AI. ABRAJ does not keep the raw history of AI exchanges; text-free technical counters track cost and operation.

Audience measurement

No measurement runs without your consent. It is anonymous and includes no contact details.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data under Moroccan law no. 09-08. A dedicated contact channel is being set up.
