Affordable housing: what to know

Affordable programmes are often eligible for the direct housing aid: MAD 100,000 for a new home priced at or below MAD 300,000 incl. VAT, MAD 70,000 between MAD 300,000 and 700,000, under conditions (main residence, no other home in Morocco).

Compare the layout (bedrooms, bathrooms), floor and lift, and the neighbourhood facilities: schools, mosque, health centre, transport.

Budget for purchase costs and simulate your mortgage: a modest down payment is often enough in this segment, depending on your profile.
