Groupe Al Omrane
Groupe Al Omrane is Morocco’s public housing and urban development operator. Résidences Dar Saâda (Espaces Saada)
Résidences Dar Saâda, which sells its programmes under the Espaces Saada brand, is a developer listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and part of the Palmeraie Développement group. It operates in Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier, Agadir, Martil, Skhirat, Nouaceur and Berrechid.

Groupe Alliances is a property developer listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
