How to buy in Logements Essalam

An ABRAJ advisor sends you the current price list, plans and availability, answers your questions and arranges the viewing. They help you compare unit types, floors and payment terms with other programmes in the city.

Off-plan, a reservation contract and then a sale-before-completion contract (VEFA) set the price, payments and delivery date. The final deed is signed before a notary, who checks the land title and registers your ownership with the Land Registry. Budget about 6 to 7% in purchase costs on top of the price.
